1. Products

We offer condiments and food products inspired by Haitian cuisine (pikliz, hot sauces, epis, chiktay and others). Visuals are for illustration only — jars may slightly vary from batch to batch, that's the nature of artisanal goods.

2. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are added at checkout.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing error, stock shortage, or fraud suspicion. In such case, you are fully refunded.

4. Shipping

Phafo currently ships within Quebec only. Posted lead times are estimates. Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit times are out of our control. 5. Storage and use

You are responsible for storing and consuming our products as indicated on the label. Phafo cannot be held liable for a product mishandled after delivery.

6. Allergens

Our recipes contain hot peppers (Scotch Bonnet) and some products contain fish. The full ingredient list is on every label. Read it carefully before consumption.

9. Intellectual property

The Phafo name, logo, visuals and site content are the property of Phafofood. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

Phafo is not liable for indirect damages related to use of the site or products, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Montreal district.
