At Phafo, we want every jar to reach you in perfect shape, and your experience to be smooth from click to taste. Here's how we handle shipping, returns and refunds.

Shipping

Processing time

All orders received before 1 PM are prepared and shipped within one (1) business day. After that: D+2.

Transit times (Quebec only)

• Greater Montreal area: 2 to 4 business days
• Rest of Quebec: 3 to 5 business days

Shipping fees

Flat fee of CAD $9.95. Free shipping on orders of $75 or more (before tax).

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Packaging

Every glass jar is individually protected (safety bag + bubble wrap), inside a rigid double-walled box. A FRAGILE label is on every package.

Outside Quebec

Phafo currently ships only within Quebec. For the rest of Canada, the US or beyond, contact us — we'll see what we can do, case by case.

Broken jar in transit

If your order arrives with one or more damaged jars, photograph the box, packaging and jars within 48 hours of delivery. Send everything to info@phafo.com with your order number, and we'll offer either a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Returns on undamaged products

For food safety reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once shipped, even if unopened. If you have a quality issue, write to us — we'll always find a solution.

Wrong product received

If you receive the wrong item, that's on us — we'll exchange it free of charge, no return fee.

Cancellation before shipping

You have 24 hours after purchase to cancel or modify your order. Email us at info@phafo.com with your order number.

Refund timing

Once your claim is approved, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days on the original payment method.
